A quick reminder that the next PEAT meeting is Wednesday 31 March @ 19.30. Venue: Antelope Inn, West St, Wareham (upstairs meeting room).

Current agenda items; core strategy (supermarkets), Purbeck schools review, wind campaign update, Portland palm oil plant update, skills training (bike maintenance, greenwoodworking, knitting, spinning, weaving), food (community farm in Purbeck, 10 reasons to shop locally, cook book, Langton allotments), Swanage to Wareham railway link, article for the new PURBECK! magazine and lots more … Not sure we will squeeze it all in! As agreed at the last meeting, the June meeting will be just an hour since we will have been so busy with all the movie screenings during June. So, next meeting is 7.30 – 8.30 at the Weld Arms, followed by green drinks at 8.30. Stick it in your diary and organise those lift shares folks, if you’re not cycling of course!
